Accessibility Overview — Accessible Area
Accessibility Commitment for Our Accessible Area
Accessible Area Accessibility Statement
Our accessibility promise
We are committed to delivering an inclusive accessible experience across our site. This accessibility statement describes how our accessible site aligns with recognized standards, the features we support, and how we test and improve our accessibility. We aim to meet the needs of people relying on assistive technologies and to ensure an accessible area for all users.
Standards and compliance: We strive to conform to WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines. Our work toward web accessibility includes semantic markup, sufficient color contrast, resizable text, and use of ARIA where appropriate. We design and test with the intent to achieve WCAG 2.1 AA conformance across common user journeys.
To support navigation and readability, we prioritize keyboard access and predictable focus order. Keyboard navigation enables users to move through content, forms, and interactive controls without a mouse. Controls, links, and interactive widgets are operable via keyboard and have visible focus indicators.
Accessibility features we support
Key features of our accessible site include:- Screen-reader support through semantic landmarks, headings, and ARIA attributes;
- Robust keyboard navigation and logical tab sequencing;
- Clear headings and labels to improve discoverability for assistive technology users;
- Adjustable text sizing and responsive layouts to help various devices and magnification needs.
We also use skip links, descriptive link text, and alternative text for meaningful non-text content. These measures are part of our ongoing effort to maintain a consistently usable and inclusive accessible area for visitors.
Testing and quality assurance are central to our accessibility efforts. We perform automated scans and manual testing with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation. We also review color contrast, form labels, and error messaging to ensure accessibility across the accessible site. While automated tools help identify issues, manual evaluation is essential for assessing actual assistive technology behavior.
Continuous improvement: Accessibility is an ongoing process. We prioritize fixes based on severity and user impact and schedule updates regularly. When we introduce new features, accessibility review is integrated into design and development cycles to reduce regression and maintain WCAG 2.1 AA alignment.
Limitations: Despite our efforts to provide a fully accessible environment, some third-party content or legacy materials may not yet meet our standards. When this happens, we pursue remediation, provide alternatives where feasible, and document known limitations so users understand any temporary barriers within the accessible area.
How to request accessibility help: If you encounter barriers or need assistance, please use the accessibility request options available on the site to notify our accessibility team. We respond to accessibility requests, assess reported barriers, and provide reasonable alternatives when immediate remediation is not possible. Note: requests are handled without sharing personal contact details in this statement.
Commitment to transparency: We publish this accessibility statement to be transparent about our practices and progress. We welcome input on ways to improve the accessible experience and prioritize fixes that impact users most. Our goal is a consistently inclusive web presence that respects diverse needs.
Thank you for reviewing our accessibility statement. We are dedicated to maintaining a usable and welcoming accessible area, to supporting screen-reader users, to ensuring keyboard navigation, and to aligning with WCAG 2.1 AA standards. This statement will be reviewed and updated as we evolve our accessibility work.
